Since September 6, 2024 I have been editing my drawings -- in the GIMP and XnView. Before then I have been editing my drawings in Photoshop Elements.
On September 12th my laptop would not boot up, so I had to restore Windows (going from 10 to 11) and lost all my programs. I was going to buy Adobe Photoshop Elements again, but could not download the software from Amazon as I did before (though it seems like now you can download Elements 2025, but it's only good for three years). Moreover Adobe had changed their terms of service so that they owned everything you do, plus they were being sued by the government for hidden subscription fees.
