I could not get a good AI video of "a man standing up" from my drawing.  The one below was generated in KREA using the WAN 2.1 model.  The Hunyuan video KREA model did not really generate any animation.  And the VEO 2 model refused to generate a video, censuring my drawing, both in KREA and in Google AI Studio:
