• Previously I had seen Neil Mendoza's SPAM BOTS presentation at the CURRENTS New Media exhibition in Santa Fe in 2023 (where we also showed prints on June 24, 2023)

Neil Mendoza's "knife orchestra" reminded me of the Pedro Reyes exhibition at Site Santa Fe in 2023 -- DIRECT ACTION -- where he had made musical instruments out of 6700 old weapons, and had a program that played them electronically -- DISARM.
