I can't keep up with all the exhibitions and art events which are blossoming at the end of 2022, whereas we were still in Covid pandemic lockdown at the beginning of the year.

Migratory Exhibition
516 Arts in downtown Albuquerque is showing the MIGRATORY Exhibition organized by Minerva Cuevas of Mexico City and Kerry Doyle of the Rubin Center in El Paso. Jorge "Yorch" Perez of Juarez (and the Desert Triangle Print Carpeta) was featured in the exhibition, both with his baked goods mosaic and in the book "La Seccion Amarillo de la Migracion."

I took the Rail Runner train up to Santa Fe on Friday, November 18th, to check out a few galleries. Besides seeing the Swoon show at the Container Gallery, I checked out both Hecho Gallery and Hecho a Mano galleries.

Also I went to an artist's talk at Gallery 208 on Saturday, November 19. Kim Arthun spoke about his work hanging in the gallery. He also spoke about the gallery and the Thirsty Eye brew pub next door since he is also the owner.

Raye Leith of Santa Fe was interviewed as her work was selected
Also printmaker Leon Loughridge was interviewed, where he discusses his color printing technique (mokuhanga?). His prints are in the school of Gustave Baumann.
