I'm pleased that these three separate pursuits have converged somewhat into one work -- in the edition I made for the Southwest Print Fiesta Print Exchange 2023 -- as I used an AI model based on my drawing style to generate the image for the print:

Probably the biggest things that happened in 2023 were our print shows: the DESERT TRIANGLE exhibition in Tucson; the AMBOS LADOS exhibition in El Paso; and our BUCKET EXHIBITION in Albuquerque:

AI FANTASY
Correcting my Drawing
in REAL TIME
I fantasize about having AI correct my figure drawing in REAL TIME (like Scott Eaton's approach) -- and it now seems more than possible, using LCMS:
Sigh...before November it all seemed so hopeless:
"Nevertheless, I still can't draw, and am now too old to learn. So from here on, my goal will be to make the model look like one of my drawings."

HOWEVER: when Artificial Intelligence surfaced for me in 2017 (immediately after I published my book), I wondered if I could "repair" my bad drawings with AI.
NOW: AI might "correct" my drawings in REAL TIME, as I draw the model -- in November this actually happened, sorta, when LCMs (Latent Consistency Models) came out!

I discovered that in 2021, "Robots Doing Art" had used the AI model of my drawings (that I had uploaded) to create a few variations of the same
Alison Aragon called me on the last day of 2023 to report that the bronze sculpture that she made of her dad, Dr John A Aragon, was missing from it's location in Barelas:
