Experimented with a new digital pad --Kanvus Note A4 (which I bought at Fry's Electronics):

The Kanvus pad just digitized the pen strokes
Digitized drawing altered in Dogwaffle
(Filter>Convolve>Edge detect)

First, the Kanvus pad digitized just the pen strokes;
then drawing was vectorized in Vector Magic;
then drawing was vectorized in Vector Magic;
lastly, drawing colored with Harry's Filters Plugins
