CURRENTS NEW MEDIA 2026 -- FAKE and REAL

I went to the CURRENTS NEW MEDIA 2026 exhibition in Santa Fe on June 13th at El Museo Cultural.  It runs through June 21, 2026:

AR TROLLING

We trolled the CURRENTS exhibition with my AUGMENTED REALITY sculptures at the entrance, making these Semi-FAKE scenes:

I wanted to participate in the CURRENTS exhibition, so we added some of my AUGMENTED REALITY objects in front of the CURRENTS 2026 exhibition entrance in Santa Fe.  The AR sculpture above is a 3D collaboration between Chris Cherry and I.  The AR sculpture below is a fake Alebrije, inspired by the 8 big Alebrije sculptures in downtown Albuquerque right now:

FAKED with AI

I used AI to revise the Augmented Reality scenes above -- specifically in Google's FLOW -- to remake the above AR FAKE scenes in a composite below:

THE REAL EXHIBITION

Animation Prompt: "Life Drawing"

The visitor would vocally say what kind of images he wanted to see, and those images would be projected large in a constantly quick-changing animation.  The visitor would also distort those images in real time by pulling and shaping a piece of foam clay in their hands:
