PRINTMAKING

HENRY MORALES is going to have a print show -- and do a print demo for kids at the Juan Tabo Library in Albuquerque on Saturday, May 31st, 2025, from 10 AM to 12 Noon:

They decided that the kids would draw into Styrofoam using only ball point pens -- which we could ink and print with the Tortilla Press:

TORTILLA STYROFOAM PRINTS

We punch out the disc from Styrofoam bowls -- someone suggested that we use the rest of the Styrofoam bowl at a frame:

• After Henry's event, we will be printmaking in Santa Fe on Saturday, June 14th, at the Santa Fe Art Institute -- more specifically, this is a MADA event. 1 - 4 PM, set up at 11 AM.  They will provide us with two 8 foot tables, a tent and two chairs.  The public is invited.

Kukani Gallery will show the work of Bill Sabatini, Joseph Riggs & Janet Bothne, A.K.A. Triple-Take Art Group -- preview opening on Thursday, June 5th, main opening on Friday, June 6th -- 5 - 8 PM.

Marcel Molina and Jose Toirac will be in Santa Fe for the opening at the ARTES DE CUBA gallery, June 6th, 5- 7 PM:
