I laser cut a new Stack-of-Hats on June 10th, and sent it to El Paso on June 11th. They are headed for Oaxaca:

I figured out how to cut four 7 inch "hat" tiles at the same time
on the laser cutter -- using the "Grid Array" option in the Lightburn software:
