I laser cut Queen Elizabeth 1st into Ivory Soap on September 20, 2026:
The wood support was unnecessary
as the soap did not melt and drip into the laser cutter
I laser cut at 100% speed, but different powers:
- 20% power -- too light
- 40% power -- perhaps Goldilocks
- 60% power -- deeper, but messier result
RESULTS
Speed 100
Power 20, 40 and 60
Speed 100
Power 40
-- the Goldilocks combination?
Speed 100
Power 60
-- too messy
