Juan Sandoval passed away last Sunday. He was a big art collector from El Paso, and had just donated his collection to Mexic-Arte in Austin. Currently Mexic-Arte is showing this collection until May 30th -- Mexico, the Border and Beyond: Selections from the Juan Antonio Sandoval Jr. Collection Exhibition.
